Good Food, New Friends, Great Teachings, Exciting Fellowship

Hey again, sorry i skipped posting yesterday cause i was lazy. Yea, im not gonna find excuses. I WAS LAZY. TOO BAD(: But...

Since many things happened recently, im going to have another 2 episode special blog post!

Good Food
So yesterday, i went to Amara Hotel at Tanjong Pagar for dinner(just 3 minute walk from mrt). It was my birthday treat from Aunty Joline. Well, i must say the spread there is fantastic and so i filled myself with Smoked/Grilled/Raw salmon, a huge portion of Cod Fish, Oysters, Clams, Mussels and Beef!
I really wouldnt say the food there is enough for gold light to shine out of your mouth and a huge dragon flying out of it and you see images of you running along the beach with a hot babe but the spread IS good. It cost about $50/pax so it is a little expensive, but if you're feeling rich and posh, here is the place.
In the end, Aunty Alicia paid for the meal(Thanks!), so i was given $100 cash from Aunty Joline as birthday present!
Also, i borrowed 2 books from my aunt.
1. "Rich dad, poor dad"
2. "Who moved my cheese?"
Im reading the first book now and i must say it is good. Hopefully i can finish it soon!


New Friends
Today, i went to meet Yuqi for lunch with Tim. We went to Holland V for Katong Laksa and it was really awesome food. We played ball in school after that. When we were about to leave, it rained heavily but the sun was also brightly shining, and the result:
Rain + Sun = RAINBOW
Yep, a rainbow was seen across the field-used-to-be in school! It is my first time seeing a rainbow upclose, but too bad i couldnt find the pot of gold):

Later in the evening, i went to ZH's place to play ball(again!). I was early and met Alan and Jovan *NEW FRIENDS* They aren't exactly new, but i somehow had dinner with them so yup, we better friends now i guess.

Great Teachings
After a tiresome day of basketball, Alan and Jovan decided to teach me basketball! To think i've been playing basketball wrongly for 4 months! NONSENSE~
After hearing what they said, i feel pro. FEEL ONLY, not pro yet. Maybe i won't be pro..
Well, they did well teaching. I understood most parts of it, though i can't exactly do what they are saying. I guess i need to unlearn my basketball first to learn basketball, and APPARENTLY, unlearning is difficult!
Im going to drill the moves into me tomorrow. TRAINING~

Exciting Fellowship
Well, with the dinner and new teachings, i think my relationship with Alan and Jovan improved by at least a little! So i guess my ball skills are going to improve, better games at AMK, more friends! Yay!!
